Maintenance And Location Important For Your Spa!

If you live near the ocean or any body of salt water there are a few considerations you should think about. Which ever spa you choose I would recommend not getting stainless steel jets. These jets can possibly pit from the salt in the air.

Also look for spas that have a synthetic cabinet as these would be maintenance free and not be affected from the salt air. Be careful if you purchase a cover lifter as well since they are mostly metal. I would visit a showroom near the ocean and check out there floor models and see how they are holding up to the salt.

There are dealers all over the country and you will not have to travel far to see something you like. I am a fan of Sundance Spas as I sell them for a living. They have a great reputation and have been around for 30 years or more.

Also too remember that most shore homes are vacation homes so you probably are not there as often as you like and spas require a little bit of maintenance to operate efficiently, so choose one with the easiest maintenance requirements.

Until next time...
